All payments are due upon order placed. If payment is not received or if payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received no items will be shipped. Shipping fees will also be the responsibility of the buyer set at a flat shippi cost.
We offer USPS shipping, and it normally takes 3-9 transit days, but may take up to 10-15 business days to deliver. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, delivery can take Up to 20 business days. If your package goes missing, please contact your local post office for assistance. Not our responsibility

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

All sales are final.
We accept returns for refund or store credit, for items damaged in transit, if notified within 30 calendar days of shipping.
All returns require a prior authorization number before being returned.
We have a 10% restocking fee on all items canceled after payment. If you place an order and wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you will be refunded 90%. If you attempt to cancel and your order has shipped, you will need to get an return number and wait for your order to be delivered and then return to us prior to getting a refund.
No refunds will be given for any item that is not returned to us in the same condition it was shipped.
Giveaway or drawing prizes are gifts, these items are not available for refund or exchange after shipping.
If you place a claim for refund with PayPal, we will contact them to notify them of our "all sales are final' and of our exchange policy due to the nature of the products and party purchases
